Western Ohio True Value - Store Info

Located in Auglaize County, True Value Hardware has been family owned & operated since 1953. Growth is an integral part of the business & originally started with one store located in New Bremen. In 1976, a second store opened in Minster. In 1987 the two small stores combined together and eventually grew into the current 40,000 square foot facility midway between Minster & New Bremen. In 2004, a second location was added in St. Henry, Ohio which is located in southern Mercer County.

In 2009 we remodeled the St. Henry store to the new Destination True Value format & layout.  This design makes for a greater shopping experience for the customer.  We liked the new layout so much that in 2010, we remodeled our Minster store to the new DTV format as well.  We hope that you find our stores to be easy to navigate & well stocked thus creating a pleasant shopping experience. In 2013, now in its 3rd generation, the family business has expanded again with the addition of a third location in Wapakoneta.  In December of 2018, the company grew to a 4 store chain with the addition of the existing True Value Hardware in Troy.  The Troy store has gone through a full remodel & is almost complete!  We're confident you'll find everything you need for your next project.  With over 89,000 square feet of product in our 4 locations, you'll find the largest selection of fasteners & general hardware in the area. You will also find power tools, paint, housewares, electrical, automotive supplies, a year round garden center, patio furniture, home decor, lawn & garden equipment & pet supplies. We also service power tools & power equipment.
